We use only grass fed, grass finished suet tallow, rendered in house from local Texas cattle, along with thoughtfully selected natural ingredients. To preserve freshness and texture, store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. If the product softens, simply allow it to cool and it will naturally return to its original consistency.

All of our products are made by human hands and crafted in small batches with great care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely, and tracking information will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no stabilizers or fillers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. While we take precautions such as shipping products frozen, adding extra insulation, and using ice packs during warmer months, melting can still occur.

Melting does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that temperature changes during shipping are a natural risk and melted products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
