Return & Replacement Policy

At R&R Collective, every product is handcrafted in small batches with great care. Because of the personal-use nature of skincare, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items for any reason once they have left our studio.

Melted Products

By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a natural product that may be affected by temperature changes during transit.
Although we take every possible precaution—such as shipping items frozen, adding ice packs during summer months, and using insulated packaging—melting can still occur.

Melted products are safe, effective, and fully usable, and melting does not impact the quality or benefits of the product.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for melted products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@rr-collective.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement for any item damaged in transit or received in error.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Due to the nature of skincare, products cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our facility. This policy ensures the highest safety, purity, and quality standards for every customer.
