During the summer months your products might encounter extreme temperatures due to uncontrollable weather. Tallow melts between 85-90 degrees. If your product arrives melted, visit our FAQ & Blog page for instructions on how to rewhip your item. The melting process does not remove your products potency in any way and its still very usable! Because of this, we will not be offering returns or exchanges for melted products.

Exceptions:
While we take great care to package your products securely, melted or softened tallow balms due to temperature fluctuations during shipping are not eligible for return.
