How do You Ship in Warmer Weather?
We do our best to ensure your tallow arrives perfectly but we are located in Texas and the high heat can affect your product. Your product will be frozen prior to shipping and shipped with an ice pack. This helps to ensure that your items arrive in tact. Make sure to keep an eye on your shipment so that it does not sit in the mailbox all day.
We do not accept returns on melted products.
What if my tallow balm melts during shipping?
If your balm arrives soft or partially melted, don’t worry—it’s still safe to use! You can place it in the fridge or freezer to solidify it. We also have a step-by-step guide to help you revive your tallow here:

Where do you source your tallow?
We partner with a local, veteran-owned ranch in Decatur, Texas, where the cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished—no hormones, no grain, no shortcuts. We believe great skin starts at the source.
How do you render your tallow?
We use a combination of wet and dry rendering methods to gently remove impurities and ensure a clean, nutrient-rich final product. This dual-process approach allows us to preserve the skin-loving benefits of tallow while producing a smooth, neutral base for our balms.
What essential oils do you use?
We only use organic essential oils from Plant Therapy, a trusted brand known for purity and safety. These oils are carefully chosen for their therapeutic properties and are never diluted or adulterated.
What tallow balm is best for my skintype?
We have many different items for all skin types so we know picking the best ones for your skin can be hard!
