Materials + Care
Our products are made with simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients chosen to support the skin’s natural balance. We prioritize high-quality oils, butters, and botanicals and avoid synthetic fillers, fragrances, and harsh additives.
For our tallow-based products, we use 100% grass-fed, grass-finished suet tallow, rendered in-house from locally sourced Texas cattle. Rendering our own tallow allows us to control quality from start to finish and ensure a clean, nutrient-rich base for your skin.
Because our products are natural and handcrafted:
- Variations in color, texture, and scent are normal from batch to batch
- Natural aromas may be present and can differ from conventional skincare
- A little goes a long way — apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin

Shipping
At R&R Collective, every product is made by human hands — not machines. Each order is handcrafted in small batches, carefully poured, labeled, and packed with intention before it ever leaves our studio.
Because of this, our standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer as we work through orders with the same care and quality we’re known for.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. We truly appreciate your patience and your support of our small, family-run business.
Heat & Melting Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain synthetic stabilizers or hardeners. Because of this, tallow-based products may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures.
While melting can affect the texture or appearance, it does not impact the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. If your item arrives warm or melted, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to allow it to re-solidify before use.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a natural product that may be affected by temperature changes during shipping. Melting is considered a normal occurrence and is not eligible for return or refund.
We do our best to minimize heat exposure by carefully packing orders and, when needed, shipping with ice packs during warmer months.

How do you render your tallow?
We use a combination of wet and dry rendering methods to gently remove impurities and ensure a clean, nutrient-rich final product. This dual-process approach allows us to preserve the skin-loving benefits of tallow while producing a smooth, neutral base for our balms.
What essential oils do you use?
We only use organic essential oils from Plant Therapy, a trusted brand known for purity and safety. These oils are carefully chosen for their therapeutic properties and are never diluted or adulterated.
