Materials + Care
We use only grass-fed, grass-finished suet tallow, rendered in-house from local Texas cattle, along with thoughtfully selected natural ingredients.
To preserve freshness and texture, store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. If the product softens, simply allow it to cool and it will naturally return to its original consistency.
Shipping
All of our products are made by human hands, not machines, and crafted in small batches with great care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely, and tracking information will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no stabilizers or fillers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. While we take precautions such as shipping products frozen, adding extra insulation, and using ice packs during warmer months, melting can still occur. Melt replaces our thick Tallow Cleansing Balm with a liquid, emulsifying oil formula. Instead of scooping a balm, you dispense the oil into your hands and massage it onto dry skin. The new formula contains no tallow and includes an emulsifier for an easy milky rinse.
How does oil cleanse my skin?
The oils in Melt help dissolve oil-based makeup and residue on your skin. Gentle massage loosens that buildup, while the emulsifier helps it mix with water so you can rinse it away.
Why does Melt turn milky when I add water?
That transformation comes from polyglyceryl-4 oleate, the formula’s emulsifier. It helps the oils mix with water to form a milky emulsion. Adding water is an important step before rinsing.
How do I use Melt?
Begin with dry hands and a dry face. Dispense enough oil to massage comfortably over your skin, gently working it over makeup and daily buildup. Wet your fingertips and continue massaging as the oil turns milky, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry. Follow with your moisturizer.
